In case of small surfaces one can chose to apply a conductive coating on a non-conductive enclosure material, like PC, ABS, Noryl, PVC and PPO. This conductive coating is being sprayed by a 6-axis robot and the factory will be of assistance to create a mask with optimal shielding.

Our electrically conductive ink can be applied as a spray and using a silkscreen process. The material can be used as circuit board traces and shielding surface. It bonds to nearly every material, including PC, ABS, Noryl, PVC, PPO, copper, Kapton^TM, Mylar^TM and composites as epoxy/glass and epoxy/graphite. This includes flexible surfaces. Many FPC’s are manufactured using this ink.
