With the Power Analyzer DPA3011, Elab-Tools offers a practical and universal measuring instrument for electronics engineers who develop equipment that is connected to the mains, such as inverters, machines and power supplies.
The Power Analyzer is used to measure the power factor, harmonics and distortion during dynamic current behavior.
The DPA3011 records 8 signal parameters:
• RMS voltage (V) 0.5%
• Actual current (I) 0.5%
• Real power (W) 1%
• Apparent power (VA) 1%
• Reactive power (VAR) 1%
• Power factor / cos-Φ (PF) 1%
• Phase angle (Φ) 1 %
• Frequency (Hz) 0.01 %
Harmonics are analyzed according to IEC 61000-3-2 standard and shown in a bar graph. The limits are indicated in color. The measurement results are stored in a table for the 40 harmonics as well.
Inrush current values are automatically determined at all phase angles and the results are displayed graphically on the scope screen. Data logging is used to evaluate and record long-term effects on a USB stick or via Ethernet connection to a PC.
The Power Analyzer DPA3011 is a particularly handy, practical and affordable device, made by electronics developers for electronics developers.
