EEMC, the EMC specialist of the Elincom Group, is acquiring HF Technology as of November 1, 2022.
EEMC and HF Technology are both specialized technical distributors of EMC solutions within the electronics domain. The activities of HF Technology will be merged with immediate effect at EEMC, part of the Elincom Group in Capelle aan den IJssel. The HF Technology trade name will be retained.
Danny Langbroek, general manager Elincom Group states that “we know HF Technology through the EMC ESD association and our industry organization FHI, that already feels familiar. The importance of EMC shielding is becoming increasingly important for machine and equipment builders and that is now brought together in our group.”
According to Hans Zijlstra, commercial director Elincom Group, “the products of HF Technology and EEMC are partly overlapping, yet a division in product-market combinations is clearly recognizable. Together we expect to be able to provide the market even more completely through our bundled knowledge and solutions“.
“The circle is complete again” says Sem Gorter “I started my technical career at EEMC and worked there for 11 years. I have known both Elincom and EEMC for a long time as knowledge houses in their fields. I am happy that HF Technology now ends up there and am sure that the customers and suppliers will continue to receive excellent service.”
Sem Gorter, founder/owner of HF Technology for nearly 30 years, will remain closely involved until April 1, 2023 to ensure a smooth transition.
