The Schlöder CDG 7000 is a test generator for all standards for immunity against conductive disturbances caused by high-frequency fields. It is one of the few combined IEC 61000-4-6 test systems that combines an RF signal generator, RF power amplifier, three-channel RF voltmeter and directional coupler in one device.
The IEC standard describes a test setup in which high-frequency interference can be generated. With the CDG 7000 from the German Schlöder, this can be achieved without complicated antennas, field instrumentation and shielded rooms.
The new test generator has multifunctional features and is available with three different power ratings for RF power amplifiers and frequency ranges:
– 25W from 100 kHz to 250 MHz
– 75W from 100kHz to 400MHz
– 75W from 10kHz to 250MHz
By using coupling networks and coupling clamp’s sine waves are induced directly into power and signal lines. Schlöder offers an extensive range of accessories for this purpose. The test object retains its original place in the device structure, so that the system can be tested in its overall function.
