We supply materials to control RF energy using a low-loss dielectric.
In case you require a material having an extremely low dissipation factor and an extremely low dielectric constant (1.04 – 1.24), you can use our polyurethane foam. It is easy to process and due to the high temperature resistance it automatically becomes a thermal barrier in electronic applications. The material is available in liquid form as well so you can create and produce your own foam shape.
In case you require a highly stable dielectric constant you can chose our low-loss plastics. Application areas are, for example, waveguides, cables, connectors or a Luneberg lens. Despite the low dielectric constant (1.6 – 30) the material’s density is ¼ compared to PTFE.
We are available to help you determining the most suitable material for your application.
