The AMP3116 from Exodus is a hybrid Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), solid state power amplifier (SSPA) module. This module has an output power of 10W with a gain of 40dB over the entire frequency range from 26 to 32 GHz.

The AMP3116 has a compact design of only 110x130x22mm and can be used in a wide temperature range from -20 to +55°C. This 9Vdc powered power amplifier is of course protected against overload and reflection.

The AMP3116 is intended for integration into medical applications, electronic warfare, mmWave SATCOM, general communications, radar and test applications.

In addition to standard modules in the range from 10 to >51GHz, Exodus also offers customer-specific solutions, including stand-alone modules, integrated amplifier chassis and fully turn-key systems.
